Dear Valued Patients,
We are pleased to announce that our office will be reinstituting in-person consultations beginning Monday, June 29th. We will still be offering telemedicine consultations via video or phone for the remainder of the year. Regular medical care is essential to maintaining good health, and we want to help you safely access, and not delay, the care that you need. Please know that the wellness and safety of our patients is our number one concern and priority, so we are implementing the following procedures to protect the health and well-being of our patients and staff.
The following are some changes we are making at our office to minimize any potential risk of virus transmission:
- Per our original protocol, patients calling with cold, flu, or respiratory symptoms will be asked to call their Primary Care Physician or go to an Urgent Care facility.
- Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival.
- If any patients have traveled out of state, especially by plane, please do not make an appointment with us until at least 14 days after you arrive home.
- All patients, visitors, and staff will be required to wear a mask at ALL times.
- Stringent disinfection procedures are being followed between every patient. Hand sanitizer is available upfront for your convenience upon your arrival and departure.
- Appointments will be staggered so that there will only be two patients present in the office in separate rooms.
- To abide by social distancing measures, you will need to arrive for your appointment ON TIME. This is for the safety of fellow patients exiting and entering the office. You will be asked to reschedule if you arrive late to your appointment.
- Not all care is appropriate for telehealth, however if you care needs can be met, please request either a video or telephone consultation instead of an in-person office visit. This will help us limit traffic within the office.
